Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Moonlit Green, we understand that privacy and discretion are essential when it comes to cannabis delivery. That’s why we’ve designed our shipping process to be secure, confidential, and compliant with all applicable laws.

Please read the policy below to understand how we handle orders, packaging, and delivery.


📦 Discreet Packaging

All orders are packaged in plain, unbranded, tamper-proof packaging with no visible logos, product names, or cannabis-related markings on the outside.

Your privacy is important to us. Whether it’s a small envelope or a larger box, no one will know what’s inside — not neighbors, not delivery personnel.


🚚 Delivery Methods

We offer delivery through trusted, licensed couriers experienced in handling cannabis products. Depending on your location, we may offer:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

  • Local Same-Day Delivery: For eligible areas (coming soon)

Shipping is only available within regions where cannabis delivery is legally permitted.


🧾 Age Verification on Delivery

To remain fully compliant with legal regulations, all deliveries will require:

  • Signature upon delivery

  • Valid government-issued photo ID showing legal age (19+ or 21+, depending on your jurisdiction)

The name on your ID must match the name on the order.

⚠️ If no valid ID is presented at delivery, your package will not be released and may be returned to us.

Currently, we ship within:

We do not ship outside of our legal operating regions under any circumstances.


⏱️ Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


🛑 Missed Deliveries & Re-attempts

If you’re unavailable to receive the package or fail to provide valid ID:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery (depending on provider policy)

  • You may be required to pay a redelivery fee or arrange pickup

To avoid delays, please ensure someone of legal age is available at the delivery address.


📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way — discreetly and securely.


❌ Lost, Delayed, or Seized Packages

Moonlit Green is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to courier services, weather, or high order volumes

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Seizure or return due to legal restrictions in your area

We will assist in resolving issues where possible, but all cannabis shipments are made at the customer’s own risk once they leave our facility.
