📦 Is the packaging discreet?
Absolutely. Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos or cannabis-related labels. Nothing on the outside of the package indicates what’s inside.
⏱️ How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method:
Standard: 2–5 business days
Express: 1–2 business days (where available)
Same-day: Coming soon in select cities
Tracking info is provided as soon as your order ships.
🪪 What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
The courier will require:
Someone of legal age to be present
A valid government-issued photo ID
If no one is available or ID cannot be verified, your package may be returned or rescheduled (additional fees may apply).
❌ Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to legal and safety regulations, all sales are final.
